OUR MISSION
To introduce the Russkiy Toy to Canada and to promote and encourage sound breeding practices, responsible ownership and proper care and maintenance of the breed; and to protect and advance the interest in the breed by holding special events such as CKC approved breed Specialties and Sanction Matches as well as trials in a variety of performance events; to promote public education of pure bred dogs in general and good dog ownership.
